A Training Program on the Performance Evaluation of Civil Service Employees Was Held at the National Standard Authority

This program was organized by the Administrative Reforms Authority of the IEA in collaboration with the Personnel Affairs Department of the National Standard Authority.
The event was attended by Mawlawi Ataullah Farid Deputy Director for Administration and Finance of the National Standard Authority; Mufti Fazlurahman Mansoor Head of Personnel Affairs, Izzatullah Aman Deputy Director for Legal Affairs and Civil Service Policies at the Administrative Reforms Authority, performance evaluation experts and dozens of employees from various departments of the National Standard Authority.
At the beginning of the program, Mufti Fazlurahman Mansoor Head of Personnel Affairs, welcomed the delegation from the Administrative Reforms Authority and emphasized that implementing the performance evaluation process is a significant step toward improving administrative functions and resolving employee challenges.
During the session Mawlawi Izzatullah Aman Deputy Director for Legal Affairs and Civil Service Policies, elaborated on the importance of implementing performance evaluation processes in civil service institutions and highlighted its role in enhancing efficiency and improving employee productivity.
Furthermore, experts in performance evaluation delivered a comprehensive presentation on the legal framework, documentation and procedures for conducting performance evaluations.
