ANSA conducted a workshop on gender’s national and global commitments and policies.

The gender's national and international commitments and policies educational program was held in ANSA workshop, which was conducted by gender department and cooperation of the Ministry of Women's Affairs, was attended by Mohammad Wahid Noori, director general of administrative and financial affairs of ANSA, and other employees of the department.

Mr. Noori expressed his appreciation for holding such educational programs and called the role of women in various areas of society unmatched. He added that continuous efforts to raise public awareness, enhance women's capacity, leadership and participation of them to inform all segments of society about women's rights in accordance with the rules and regulations regarding women's legitimate rights and freedoms should be made in accordance with the guidance of Islam.

He noted that the leadership of ANSA is committed to increasing the role of women's interests more than ever in the administration, and gender department has full support of leadership and necessary work should be done to solve gender department problems.

The program was aimed at exchanging information and raising awareness about national and international law, global declarations of human rights, the Convention on the eradicating of All Forms of discrimination Against Women and relevant resolutions, which were warmly welcomed by the participants.
